If you think about it, the first person to eat a crab or a lobster must have been pretty brave. I mean, look at those things–yuck. But if you don’t think about how looks or names (like the snake head fish!) many plants and animals that are invading new territories and wreaking havoc might taste pretty good. If they turn up on the highly desired delicacy list, humans could wipe them out in no time.
So, close your eyes, open wide and chow down on those invasive species causing trouble all over.
Now that’s taking a bite out of the problem!
